Carolyn Littrell is a dedicated and ambitious student at Syracuse University, pursuing a dual degree in political science at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and public relations at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. With a strong academic background and a 3.6 GPA, she has been recognized on the Dean’s List for both schools and is a recipient of the Syracuse University Dean’s Scholarship and the Justin D. Snell Memorial Scholarship.

Carolyn brings a wealth of professional experience across customer service, communications and safety administration. As a Guest Services Attendant at the Barnes Center at the Arch, she delivers high-level customer service, assisting patrons and managing memberships and program sales. Her outstanding performance led to her recognition among the top 30% of employees in 2024. Additionally, she has honed her interpersonal and multitasking skills as a server at Raindancer Steak Parlor, handling high-paced service and generating daily sales of $1,500.

Previously, Carolyn served as a Safety Aide at Saint Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where she implemented safety protocols in a dementia unit, reducing accidents by 20%. She also contributed to developing new safety standards and training new employees, enhancing overall resident satisfaction

Beyond her professional experience, Carolyn is deeply involved in campus organizations, including Alpha Xi Delta Sorority, the Syracuse University Crisis Communications Club and the Public Relations Student Society of America.
